What are the Sister Circles?
In collaboration, Natashia Fuksman, MFT and Gena McCarthy, MFT, of Birth Spirituality & Healing are creating groups for sister perinatal care providers to come together for their own health, wellness and reflection. Matriarchs need to feel safe and vulnerable. During sister circles we create space for strength, balance and vulnerability through meditation, facilitated slow conversation and time and space to just be, nourishing one’s self.
Join us in engaging within a community of providers where we celebrate inner-wisdom and grounding ourselves through guided meditation and slow conversation.
Format: Beginning: Guided Meditation (no experience necessary)
Middle: Tea and slow, reflective conversation
Ending: A quiet and shorter ending meditation
This is an open (you can come once, twice or every session) monthly circle usually taking place on the third Friday of each month (unless otherwise indicated).
Nourish yourself in a caring, nonjudgmental environment meant for honoring your Living Room.
